H-Chair: a contemporary chair with its eye on mid-century design
The H-Chair takes the best of mid-century design (clean lines, exposed wood, generous proportions) and brings it into the present with a sharper edge. It works in a living room, a reading nook or a quiet corner: it's one of those pieces that furnishes a room even when nobody's sitting on it.
Behind a shape that at first glance looks almost like an architecture exercise, there's real attention to comfort. Wood isn't just the material here: its flexibility is what holds frame and seat together, and that's exactly where design and innovation meet.
Two schoolmates, one shared project
The chair was born in 2018 from two former art-school classmates in Slovenia. After graduating they took close but different paths: one studied industrial design at the Academy of Fine Arts, the other urban planning at the Faculty of Architecture. Once they'd finished, they went back to working together, just like at school, and the first fruit of that partnership is the H-Chair itself.

- American walnut
- teak
Size: 60 × 90 × 90 cm (width × depth × height), seat height 50 cm.
