Where parcels ship from

We ship from Italy, with a tracked parcel.

How much it costs

In Italy shipping costs €5.99 and is free on orders from €59. Within the European Union it's €9.99, free from €79; to the rest of Europe €29.99, free from €99. You always see the exact cost at checkout, before you pay.

How long it takes

In Italy we ship with BRT Express: the parcel usually arrives within 1-2 working days of dispatch.

Orders with several products

They usually arrive in a single parcel. If we have to split it, you don't pay a penny more.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you'll get the tracking code by email, so you always know where it is.
