Who is selling

The Strabello Design store (strabellodesign.it) is operated by:

We sell homeware online to consumers in the countries listed on the Shipping page.

What we sell and how we present products

We describe each product with text, photos and its main features. Colours may vary slightly from the photos because of the screen you are using. If, after your order, a product turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you immediately and refund that part of the order.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately, before payment, as described on the Shipping page.

How the order is concluded

The contract of sale is concluded when, after you have completed payment, we confirm your order by email. The confirmation contains a summary of what you have purchased, the prices and the shipping costs.

How to pay

Payment is made online at the time of ordering. The available methods are those shown at checkout and at the bottom of every page of the website: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and some local methods (Bancontact, MobilePay, iDEAL | Wero). Payment takes place over secure networks: we do not see and do not store your card details.

Right of withdrawal and legal guarantee

If you buy as a consumer, you have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and, on every product, the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months (Arts. 52 and 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code). The details are on the Returns and refunds page.

Ownership of the product and passing of risk

The product remains our property until the price has been paid in full. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product.

For any complaint, write to us at hey@strabellodesign.it: we will reply as soon as possible.

Dispute resolution

If we cannot reach an agreement directly, you can bring proceedings before the court of the place where you live, if you are in Italy or in another country of the European Union: for a consumer, this right cannot be taken away by these terms.

Mesmerized S.r.l.s. does not adhere to any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is therefore no longer available.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another country of the European Union, you retain the protections provided by the law of your country, where they are more favourable to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page, for example following a change in the law or in our services. Your order is governed by the terms in force at the time you placed it.
