Where we ship from
We ship from Italy, from Porto Sant'Elpidio (FM). Every parcel is tracked.
Where we ship and how much it costs
- Italy, San Marino and Vatican City: €5.99, free on orders from €59. Courier BRT Express, usually 1-2 working days from when the parcel is dispatched.
- European Union: €9.99, free on orders from €79.
- Europe outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Principality of Monaco, Andorra, Gibraltar, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Faroe Islands, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine): €29.99, free on orders from €99.
- Rest of the world: €90 up to 2 kg, €140 over 2 kg.

Delivery times
In Italy the courier usually delivers within 1-2 working days from when the parcel is dispatched. For other countries, delivery times depend on the country of destination. As required by law, delivery takes place within 30 days of the order; if it does not, you have the rights under Art. 61 of the Italian Consumer Code, including cancelling the order and getting back what you paid.
Duties and taxes for international orders
For shipments outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by the country of destination: they are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient of the parcel.
Orders with several products
An order is usually dispatched in a single parcel. If we have to split it into several shipments, you pay nothing extra.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the code to follow its journey.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is late, arrives damaged or is reported lost, write to us at hey@strabellodesign.it: we will check with the courier and find a solution, whether a new shipment or a refund. Your rights of withdrawal and under the guarantee remain those described in Returns and refunds.
