Payments
How can I pay?
By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. At checkout you'll see the methods available in your country.
Shipping abroad
Do you ship outside Italy?
Yes. Within the European Union shipping costs €9.99 and is free on orders from €79; to the rest of Europe it's €29.99, free from €99. All countries and rates are on the Shipping page.
If I order several products, do they arrive together?
Usually yes, in a single parcel. If we have to split it, you don't pay a penny more.
Problems with your order
My item arrived broken, or not quite what I expected. What do I do?
Write to us at hey@strabellodesign.it with your order number and a photo of the parcel and the product: we'll offer you a replacement or a refund, as provided by the 2-year legal guarantee.
My parcel hasn't arrived.
Check the tracking code we sent you by email; if it's stuck, write to us at hey@strabellodesign.it and we'll chase it up with the courier.
The questions we get most often
Where do you ship from?
From Italy, with a tracked parcel.
How much is shipping?
€5.99 within Italy. Free on orders over €59.
How long does delivery take?
We ship with BRT Express: usually 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Can I return a product?
Yes: you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, as the law provides. Write to us and we’ll tell you how.
Are products covered by a guarantee?
Yes, all new products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
