A light bulb, but without the lamp. The Rainbow Light Bulb is a portable, rechargeable light that seems to come out of a little magic trick: the colourful filament lights up with no cables, sockets or stands.
Made of glass and metal, it recreates the look of a classic filament bulb with over 100 micro LEDs. You can hold it in your hands, use it as a night light or leave it glowing on the bedside table, a shelf or in the middle of the table. No heat, no shocks and no witchcraft: just cleverly disguised technology.
The built-in battery lasts up to 6 hours on a charge of about an hour and a half via USB. It has been designed so it can't be fitted by accident into a mains-connected lamp holder.
