Six stoneware espresso cups, one for each day of the week plus one for the weekend, each with its own colour and its own line, in Italian: «Lunedì abbi pietà di me» (Monday, have mercy on me), «Martedì c’è del coraggio» (Tuesday takes courage), «Giovedì posso farcela» (Thursday, I can do it). Stacked on the white iron stand they make a cheerful 26-centimetre tower.
Each holds 90 ml, has a handle and goes in the dishwasher and the microwave. On the kitchen counter next to the moka pot, it is the most honest way to face the week.
